Gather is a conference for women in PWOC and beyond, to celebrate, connect, encourage, and prepare

It is a place to connect with other women, to birth dreams and to make them happen. A place to connect with those who want to inspire and equip women to impact their world for the Kingdom of God. It is a safe place to share our lives, our faith, our hopes and dreams, our struggles, and our failures. It is a place to inhale the love of God and exhale the burdens of life.

Whether from the mountaintop or from the valley, we encounter God while we encounter one another

Our heartbeat is for women scattered across the globe to have a place to gather. Somewhere you can hear stories and share stories. Somewhere you can listen to the heartbeat of God's calling on your life and allow that passion to grow. Somewhere authentic, honest, and real...where you can just be you. We can't wait to meet you.

you are not alone

I am not alone. When we come together our hearts breathe a sigh of relief. Something incredible happens when we gather. Hope springs forth. Courage is stirred up. Dreams awaken. Hearts are renewed. What was dead comes to life. This is the heart and soul of the Gather Conference- to bring together women from every corner of the world, from every position in life, from every background and past to experience together that beautiful phenomenon of worshiping our Father God in unity.

hello...

it's lovely to meet you

Margaret Franklin is a wife, mother, friend, and follower of Jesus. Connecting with people and connecting people with the Lord are her passions. Serving in PWOC leadership since 2002 has allowed that passion to grow as well as provided her with great personal and spiritual growth. Margaret enjoys spending her time sharing words with those she loves and those she desires to know better.  Margaret and her husband Herb have been married for 26 years and have 2 amazing sons and 1 fabulous daughter. They are currently living the adventure of military life while serving the Lord wherever He desires to send them.

Lucy loves being a wife and a mother, but mostly she delights in being a daughter to her heavenly Father. She is passionate for women to encounter the Father’s love, to live as beloved daughters with the freedom to become the unique masterpiece that God created.  She has served in PWOC leadership since 2010 and has had the opportunity to walk together with other women, and to awaken a lifestyle of prayer and worship. Lucy loves to meet with others for coffee, to be creative, and to share her family’s adventures.  Lucy and her husband Brad have been married for 13 years and have one wonderful son. You can expect a joyful "yes" from her if you want to worship, pray together or do some crafts.

Born and raised Air Force and married into the Army, Natalie is the daughter of a fighter pilot,  wife of a Chaplain and the mother of an aspiring actress.  With her bright outlook and warm personality, she has never met a stranger.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a Master of Education degree.  She is a teacher, a coach and a mentor to Christian women across the military.  Most importantly, she is a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. “Look among the nations! Observe! Be astonished! Wonder! Because I am doing something in your days-- You would not believe if you were told.” Habakkuk 1:5

beth mills

Beth Mills is the president of AeroNova, a ministry that cultivates generations to walk with God. She has served in PWOC leadership since 1999 living her passion to inspire and equip women to impact their world with the love God has poured in their hearts. Beth loves running, hiking, and spending time with her beautiful family. Beth and her husband, Rod, have enjoyed their adventures in marriage for 28 years and counting. They have 5 grown children     (3 of whom are married) and one terrific grandson. You   can usually find her playing her guitar barefoot while worshiping with others.

President of AeroNova

jennifer domingos

Jennifer Domingos has been leading and serving women across the world within PWOC since 2007.  She has had many roles in ministry, both within the military and civilian worlds, but her favorite way to minister to others is through her home and her gift of hospitality.  Jennifer loves to travel with her husband, Doug, of 20 years.  From Alaska to Ethiopia, they have seen the world and know that there is much more to explore. Together they have 4 children between the ages of 19 and 13.  There isn’t much free time for an active duty Army wife and mom of four teenagers, but when she does you can be sure she is planning a trip somewhere new!
